Lining Up All My Ducks

How great was this past week in Quilt Blog Land?!! – so many fabulous Christmas projects, it was hard to know which way to look!

And now it kind of feels like the aftermath of Christmas. All I really want to do is to slump in a corner and digest all the goodies I’ve taken in. But, also true to form, there are things that were neglected in the Christmas frenzy. And then there’s all the new excitement just around the corner….. A bit like New Year 🙂

So, I’m getting all my ducks lined up so you and I don’t miss anything important.

In this post we have:

July is ending, and so is your opportunity to win a prize for sewing up something in yellow-green

Are you participating in the 2018 Color Challenge? You can join in anytime, and do as many or as few blocks as you’d like. July’s colour is yellow-green, and you can sew anything in this colour for a chance to win this fat-eighth collection of Morning Sunshine fabrics from Island Batik.

Link up your creations here at Patterns by Jen before the end of the month and perhaps you’ll be the lucky duck winner. If you haven’t made a yellow-green block because you are short on ideas you can check out all the 2018 Color Challenge bloggers for a variety of quilt blocks. If you are participating in the Beary Colourful BOM, you can also link any or all of your bears up to my Teddy Bear’s Picnic link up here until the end of 31st July (Australian Central Time). Up to seven entires, one for each bear pattern so far. Two quilted postcards are up for grabs by linked up participants and the winners will be announced when the Yellow-Orange Bear pattern is released on the 1st of August.
